Privacy Policy

Account data you provide (name, email, role, country, time zone, profile details), the content you create (services, job posts, proposals, messages, reviews), transaction records for orders and payouts, and basic technical data such as anonymised page views used to understand traffic.

To run your account, match clients with specialists, process orders and payouts, send service notifications and emails you have opted into, moderate the marketplace, and improve the product. We do not sell your personal data.

Card payments are processed by our payment provider — card numbers are entered directly with them and are never stored on our servers. We also rely on providers for hosting, database and authentication, transactional email, and the AI assistant available in the app. Each processes data only to deliver its part of the service.

Public profile fields, published services, ratings and reviews are visible to anyone. Contact details, order history, wallet balances and messages are private to you and the people you transact with. Sensitive account fields such as verification codes are never exposed to the browser.

We use cookies and local storage that are necessary to keep you signed in and to remember preferences, plus lightweight visit counting for aggregate traffic statistics. We do not run third-party advertising trackers.

Account and content data is kept while your account is open. Transaction records are retained longer where required for tax and accounting. You can export your data or delete your account from account settings once open orders and balances are settled; some records are retained in anonymised or legally required form after deletion.

You can access, correct, export or request deletion of your personal data. Traffic is encrypted in transit and account data is protected by row-level access rules so only you and the people you work with can read it.
