How Escrow Wallet protects both sides of a project

When a client funds an order, money moves into Escrow Wallet — not to the specialist. The specialist can start knowing the budget is committed.

On delivery, the client has a review window to accept or request revisions. Accepted work releases funds immediately; untouched deliveries release automatically after seven days.

If something is wrong, either side can open a dispute. Our moderation team reads the order thread, the delivered files and the original brief before deciding.

Because everything is attached to the order, disputes are resolved on evidence rather than recollection.
